Just-In-Time Consulting

Competition for business and senior executive positions makes it more important than ever that people present effectively. That's why Presentation Excellence offers a three-pronged approach to training program: corporate workshops, public workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

Our Just-in-Time Executive Coaching Program is a retainer-based service to provide senior executives with need for JIT training on specific presentations. For instance, the topic may be more difficult to develop outline succinctly, organizing it to be persuasive may be difficult, determining the specific format to use for charts and graphics may be challenging, and preparing to speak with the target audience may be intimidating and anxiety provoking.

Members of this exclusive program retain the services of our presentation master, Dr. Jerry Cahn, to address their critical presentations. They contact him directly and request assistance on challenging presentations with a minimum of a week's notice. The process is simple, share in advance copies of the presentation and other relevant issues, for his review and analysis, and schedule the coaching session which will be provided over the phone and/or internet.
