Presentation Services
Today, it takes an engaging, powerful, energizing, and compelling presentation to close the deal and differentiate you from your competitors. Are your presentations closing deals, motivating audiences, and making you a "hero"? If not, maybe it's time to improve your skills. Click here to determine your PEQ - Presentation Excellence Quotient; unless you received a high PEQ score, consider getting some coaching.
Our presentation training programs pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses and provide solutions to making presentations. Fighting barriers to winning presentations such as stage fright, unclear objectives, disconnects with the audience, non-alignment between your style and the PowerPoint template you're using are some of the major issues we address in our training programs.
Moreover, there is emphasis on being audience-driven, rather than speaker-focused when designing and delivering the presentation. We work with sales, marketing, management and investment-driven, management and other types of presentation.
"Thanks for helping me create a powerful presentation to pitch to the President of Acer (the largest PC manufacturer in Taiwan). Thanks to you, we got funding to open the Fifth Avenue store in NY! That's a great success story!" S.C., US China Partners
Our goal is help presenters address the 4 S's: Substance, Structure, Style, and Speaking Skills.
-
Substance - We focus on What's Important Now and eliminate content which is distractive.
Too much information is distractive so less is better than more.
Less information is short, simple, and easy for the audience to understand the subject matter and objectives. - Structure - We organize the content of the message to flow logically to motivate action that builds into a compelling argument.
-
Style - We organize the presentation that leads to its logical conclusion - motivate buying, investing, etc.
Then use powerful language and dynamic graphics to engage and energize the audience and enhance the story. - Speaker skills - We align the speech and the visuals with your presentation style because that's critical to success. Once comfortable, the presenter can convey trust as well as confidence, and close the deal. Have a conversation, not presentation. Although it is a presentation with an unfamiliar audience, treat it as a conversation with a familiar audience.
"I wanted to let you know that (my company) was given the award for Best Expansion Stage Company... at the annual northeast venture fair. 50 companies were chosen to make 3 minute presentations to 150 VCs and awards were given for the Best Start-up Company and the Best Expansion Stage Company. There is no question that my presentation benefited enormously from the lessons I learned from you last year and I wanted to acknowledge and thank you for that. Hope everything is going well for you and Presentation Excellence." D.C.
